Holly Hill Inn dares itself to go around the culinary world in 80 days

Holly Hill Inn Chef Ouita Michel plans an extraordinary feat in early 2013. Her signature first rate meals will track the original "Around the World in Eighty Days" journey, using mostly locally sourced ingredients. As Jules Verne's famous fictional adventurer Phileas Fogg moved from London to Paris, Italy, the Middle East, and onward, so the Inn's menu offerings will change, weekend by weekend, to delight diners from around the region and the world.
