Podcast 47: Ilias Pappas on Bringing Greek Food To Our Town

Ilias Pappas wears a UK-blue chef's jacket, and it makes sense: he attended UK, and then worked in IT management in Miami before returning to Lexington to work in local restaurants and launch a popular food truck. In four short years, in part with community-based funding, he has expanded to two bricks-and-mortar restaurants, kiosks in Kroger, a popular café in a historic site, and more, more, more.
